“Red Angel”

December 12, 2007

By Dove, www.TarotwithLove.com  Last nite my blog friend CV spurred me, with her mention of it, toward playing with my MS Paint program, which I hadn’t in a while.  After painting this “Red Angel,” I got back on here, on my Phoenix “Rising” pic thread, and posted another comment to CV, noting that it had taken me about two hours to paint “her.”

It’s an interesting synchronicity with CV and I.  Per the “like attracts like” and angel – see above-mentioned post/comment.   We had talked about these things in another thread (“What Paranormal Creature Would You Be”) a bit ago.

I’m not generally all into the angel energy, so this very much intrigues me.  And I felt so much joy as I started doing those “puffs of white” …  a rush to see this angel coming through, especially her being Native American.  Native American spirituality, I am very into.   I love her :)

The name of my last blog was “The Phoenix Effect” :)

LOVE your angel…I’ve drawn a few myself in recent years and they always give me pleasure. To me, angels are energetic ‘thought forms’ that are here to assist me on my journey. Yep, I’m a believer….

Thanks Grace :) Wow, we certainly seem to continue to be on the same wavelength — it’s kinda freakin’ me out, lol ;)

Hey, I started to call her “Red Grace” :) And I also considered “Native Angel” … and “Sky Woman” from a Native American thing I came upon. But then “Red Angel” just seemed right.

If I wasn’t a believer before, I am now. It was delicious how that just came upon me. And it was frickin’ midnight when I started it. I kept trying to stop and go to bed, but I couldn’t stop. I remember the point when I had drawn part of the wings and could see/feel it was to be an angel, and then I swirled some black down the center of her — and thought, what the heck is that? I totally love that a Native American angel came to me. The way I felt when it was coming through…just so wonderful.

Geez, you are posting so many fab-uh-lous blogs, I can’t keep up with them, but I gotta at least make time ths eve to see your Phoenix blog :) Oh, I still wanna see your “Running with wolves” blog too…

    Hugs,
    Dove

This is beautiful, dove. It’s thrilling to watch the inspiration come to fruition. And having interacted with both of you, it’s very pleasing to see all the spiritual synchronicity taking place. I do like your art!
